By downloading or using Urge Slayer, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Urge Slayer. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Urge Slayer for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play from which you obtained the app.
Urge Slayer offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional battle themes. Available plans:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may restore an active subscription on a new device using the in-app Restore Purchases feature, subject to Apple or Google account rules. We do not guarantee subscription transfer across devices or platforms.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Urge Slayer does not provide refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store or Google Play in accordance with their respective policies.
Urge Slayer is a personal wellness and habit-tracking tool. It is not medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for professional help. If you are struggling with addiction, mental health, or other serious conditions, please seek support from a qualified professional.
The app, including its design, animations, and content, is owned by Urge Slayer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.
Urge Slayer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
